The dress code is semi-formal or formal(pick what's comfortable to you!).

After the ceremony, there will be an outdoor cocktail hour.

When cocktail hour is over, guests will move inside for the reception.

A buffet(called by number) and an open bar will be there.

The Menu

Appetizers:

• Fried sweet plantains with escaveche(pigeon peas/onions/oil/etc)-Vegan Option
• Mini alcapurrias(fried yuca with beef inside)
• Caprese Crostini
• Chorizo wheels in white wine

Dinner:

• Garden Salad-Vegan Option
• Bread- Vegan Option
• Penne pasta with oil, pasta, and vegetables- Vegan Option
• Rice with pigeon peas- Vegan Option
• Pernil(Puerto Rican style pork)
• Chicken in a mushroom white wine sauce
• Mashed viandas with roasted garlic(an assortment of root vegetables of the island; comparable to mashed potatoes)-Vegan Option

Other Notes:

The restrooms are located in a little building past the food and bar.

Please do not flush the toilet paper.

There is a trashcan to discard the paper.

Old and rural areas of Puerto Rico do not have the best plumbing and we cannot have the venue restrooms damaged.
